Join us for a complimentary introductory gathering featuring light refreshments, an opportunity to meet fellow participants, and a hands-on memory collage activity, “Favorite Place from My Life.” This free event offers a chance to explore the program, meet our teaching artists, and learn more before registering for future workshops. The Arts Center of the Capital Region’s Creative Aging program is designed to engage older adults (62+) in hands-on learning in an authentic artistic environment. Our teaching faculty have years of experience and base their instruction on the Arts Center’s belief that everyone can make art when guided carefully and kindly.
