Troy Art Block

Troy Art Block is Troy’s first open-air public art gallery.  As part of The Arts Center of The Capital Region’s public art initiative, this massive public art installation has created a unique destination for art lovers throughout the region. USA Today named it the #1 BEST NEW FESTIVAL IN THE COUNTRY.

Location: 2 blocks of murals on Church Street – between State + Ferry Streets, in Troy, NY!

Troy Art Block was presented by the Arts Center of the Capital Region, in partnership with The City of Troy, The American Recovery Plan Act, and the Downtown Troy BID. The first Panel Discussion was supported by funding from the New York State Council on the Arts.
