Paired Provisions is a rotating series of intimate dinner parties presented by the Arts Center of the Capital Region for the Troy community, hosted inside the stunning Jane Altes Gallery.
With just 35 seats each night, these gatherings highlight local caterers, curated wine pairings, and menus inspired by different regions around the world. Every dinner also includes a surprise creative element, sometimes something to sit back and watch, sometimes something to jump into, but always something you will not find anywhere else.
Come curious, come hungry, and get ready for a gallery night unlike any other!
Paired Provisions Goes Italian!
March 18 | 6:30–9:00 PM
Join us for an intimate Italian-inspired evening set within an immersive exhibition of large-scale woven textiles by Cynthia Barone. The gallery will be transformed into a richly textured, sensory environment, and guests will enjoy a special artist talk offering insight into Barone’s process and ideas.
With just 35 seats, this thoughtfully curated dinner begins with abundant antipasti and unfolds into a comforting, seasonal Italian menu, each course paired with wines selected by Joe Armstrong of Winebow Fine Wine & Spirits.
Come sip, savor, and linger in good company. Expect a few delightful surprises. Seats are limited.
