PAIRED PROVISIONS IS A DINNER SERIES WITH CURATED BEVERAGE PAIRINGS.
THIS DINNER SERIES FEATURES LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND CATERERS AND IS AN IMMERSIVE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER THE CULINARY DELIGHTS OF TROY. INDULGE IN METICULOUSLY CURATED DINNER AND DRINK PAIRINGS, SURROUNDED BY WORKS OF ART IN THE JANE ALTES GALLERY. PAST PAIRED PROVISIONS HAVE INCLUDED THE PONY SHOW, MI CASA, SUBURBAN KITCHEN, AND SUSKO-THYME CATERING. THIS IS A 21+ EVENT.
THIS PROGRAM FOSTERS CONNECTION AND ENGAGEMENT AND OFFERS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR ARTISTS AND ART ENTHUSIASTS TO INTERACT AND SHARE PERSPECTIVES OVER A DECADENT MEAL.
What’s new for Paired Provisions this year?
We bring local restaurants and caterers into the Jane Altes Gallery so our guests can enjoy the culinary delights of Troy while they’re immersed in the art in the Gallery. This wine & dinner pairing series enriches the Arts Center’s exhibition experience by bringing together artists and the community for a one-of-a-kind evening in our Jane Altes Gallery. Guests are invited to explore the artworks while indulging in a meticulously curated dinner, alongside expertly selected wines, creating a sensory fusion of art and gastronomy. This program fosters connection and engagement and offers a unique opportunity for artists and art enthusiasts to interact and share perspectives over a shared meal. Paired Provisions continues to be a one-of-a-kind beverage pairing dinner series.
Please join us for the next edition of Paired Provisions for a family-style wine and dinner feast in the Arts Center’s Jane Altes Gallery. The main event is a pairing of fine wines with comfort food served family-style. This one-of-a-kind event offers an opportunity to engage with the personalities that define our region’s food and beverage scene while engaging with the Arts Center’s gallery exhibitions in a thoughtful, provoking manner. This month’s menu was created by Chef Nicole Susko of Susko Thyme Catering.
