In this 6 week class, you will learn basic and advanced watercolor techniques, color theory, creating value, one and two perspective drawing, and graphing. These skills will allow you to create landscapes, still-life, portraits, and figurative and abstract paintings. You’ll learn about brush selection, masking off parts of the painting, using salt, permanent markers, and India ink. You will learn from demonstrations, practice, and studying other artists works. Bring photographs of your own to use.
