Prior drawing and painting experience required. Take part in this advanced oil landscape painting class with a focus on strongly developing the composition. Start with a value sketch prior to establishing the image using a few simplified primary shapes. You will be encouraged to paint the landscape with your personal response and expression. Please bring a large (8×10), good quality photo to work from, or your tablet. Basic supplies will be provided, however a suggested advanced materials list is available upon registration. Please note, this class is solvent-free.
