In this cohesive 10 week course, you will learn the foundations of furniture making in this hands-on woodworking studio class designed for beginners and continuing students. Through guided instruction and project-based learning, students will explore essential woodworking techniques including measuring, cutting, joinery, assembly, and finishing while creating a functional handmade piece.
Projects may include a Stickley table, Shaker shelves, tool tote, or dovetailed bench. Tools and materials are included.
