Description

Whether you’re looking for a rewarding new hobby or would just like to acquire the skills needed to do an occasional project or repair in your home or garden, this class is for you. It will cover wood selection and preparation, measuring and marking, basic types of cuts, simple joinery, gluing, assembly, sanding and finishing. As a practical application, students will each make a classic Cherry and Maple laminated cutting board.
