This class will focus on earring techniques like firing channels in glass, incorporating wire, cutting thin symmetrical strips, and maintaining visual interest while working in miniature. Finishing techniques will be discussed in class, but students will ultimately be responsible for turning fired glass into jewelry on their own, using findings that they select in class. Glass will be fired after class; students will be notified when glass is ready for pickup.
