This 60 minute beginner level yoga class promotes deep stretching through slow paced postures. You will learn how to connect movement with your breath and proper alignment. Please bring a yoga mat and water-they will not be provided. You may want to bring a yoga block and strap. This class is not eligible for membership discount.
