You will explore topics such as prioritizing self care, forgiveness, the benefits of solitude, perfectionism, societal pressure, stress relief and general self care – using the medium of yarn. You will learn stitches and skills foundational to crochet. These stitches can be used to create blankets, scarves, hats, amigurumi (stuffed creatures), baskets, etc. You will also be encouraged and supported to complete a project of your choice by the end of the class.
